Return Policy

You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Here's how:

You will need: 1) the order number from the packing list and 2) the name of the purchaser.
Email us with a Return Request. Include a description of the item being returned (product type, item number) and the reason for the return.
Items must be new, unused and contain all original product packaging.
We will authorize your return via email or phone
If the return is a result of our error, we will pay return shipping costs.
